ICCA 2024 Hong Kong will be held from 5 to 8 May 2024, with three days of on-site programming at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Delegates who register for the full conference will have access to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and all Congress Sessions (including both the exhibitor stand areas). Following the huge success of Edinburgh 2022, we cannot wait to see you again!

Payment
Registration payments are made via our online partner and include all mandatory transaction fees.
Full payment is required in order to confirm your registration. Please follow the instructions on the page to settle the payment. All fees must be paid in Hong Kong Dollars. An electronic notification of receipt of payment will be sent to you upon successful completion of the transaction.
Cancellation Policy

How can I get an invoice for the conference registration?
You will receive an automated payment receipt by email after you complete your registration. If you have not received an acknowledgement email or an email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at icca2024@wearemci.com.
How is my registration confirmed?
After completing the registration, you will be routed to a thank you page. You will also receive an acknowledgement email or an email confirmation including your registration information, which will allow you to add the event to your calendar and print a receipt.
How can I request special meals or other arrangements?
If you have any special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when registering.
Will I have an opportunity to connect with other registered delegates prior to the event?
The ICCA 2024 Hong Kong online platform will be available to all registered delegates approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. Through the platform you will be able to network with other delegates before, during and after the event. All registered delegates will receive an email notification and instructions for accessing platform once it is live.
How can I see a list of who is attending?
Networking with other conference delegates is available on the ICCA 2024 Hong Kong online platform, which will be opened to all registered delegates prior to the start of the event. On the platform you will have access to a list of registered attendees who have opted-in to the networking platform.
Photography & Videography Consent
By attending ICCA 2024 Hong Kong, you have consented to the Congress photography, audio and video recordings and their subsequent release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose deemed necessary by International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.
